The challenge
For a strategic board meeting, the head of Yves Rocher gathered in Belgium. As a breakout from the meeting sessions, and a direct inspiration feed to generate ideas on new sustainable concepts, switchrs was asked to organize a half day field trip in Antwerp to visit innovative concepts in action.

Our solution
We created a walk through the beautiful historical center of Antwerp, passing 8 inspiring cases along the way. The booklet combined with 5 store-owner testimonials gave more insights on an operational level, the conversational lectures were designed to showcase the strategic relevance and business model opportunities.
